Inquiry information

We receive the name, business contact details, company and technical requirements you submit. We use them to evaluate and reply to your request and handle an agreed commercial relationship. Email and hosting providers process information on our behalf and may operate outside your country.

Optional worksheets and system scope

Attached price worksheets and thickness system scope are included in the enquiry email. Shared links contain entered amounts or station counts and supply responsibilities in the URL and may be retained in browser history or service logs. Use the local text download when you do not want to share them, and keep confidential project data out of shared links.

Enquiry protection

To limit automated submissions and duplicate mail, we keep keyed digests of the email address, request and enquiry token together with delivery state and timestamps. This security record contains no raw email address or message body. Records expire after 48 hours and are removed during subsequent enquiry processing; expiry is not a guarantee of immediate physical deletion. Hosting and email providers may retain separate operational records.

Retention and requests

We retain correspondence as needed for the inquiry, an agreed relationship and applicable obligations. Ask for access, correction or deletion through the contact below. Do not submit unnecessary personal data or confidential drawings before agreeing handling requirements.
